3. Pricing

All prices displayed on FlexMart are in Indian Rupees (INR).

We reserve the right to change prices, offers, discounts, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Any pricing errors discovered after an order is placed may result in order cancellation, with the customer being notified accordingly.

4. Payment

FlexMart currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the available payment method.

Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
  • Operational or logistical issues

If an order is cancelled by FlexMart, no payment will be collected for COD orders.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Shipping

We provide Free Shipping across eligible serviceable locations in India.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

FlexMart shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Mobile number
  • Delivery address
  • PIN code

If incorrect information is provided and delivery fails, FlexMart will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or loss resulting from the incorrect information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 4 days of receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging and accessories where applicable

A ₹30 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for a refund.

  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Icons

  • Branding
  • Layout

is the property of FlexMart or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
