Shipping Coverage

FlexMart currently ships to most serviceable locations across India. If your location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will notify you and cancel your order if necessary.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on all eligible orders across India. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful order confirmation.
  • Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on national holidays or when courier services are unavailable.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

FlexMart currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the available payment method.

Please ensure that the exact delivery address and a valid mobile number are provided to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking information, where available, so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • PIN code
  • Mobile number

FlexMart will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes

FlexMart is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, refuses the order, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the courier may return the package to us. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders being declined.

Damaged Package

If your package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery, please take clear photos of the package and product and contact us as soon as possible at flexmarttstore@gmail.com. We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
