Returns

  • Returns requested after 4 days of delivery may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and approved, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
